Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://zackselectricllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Service Description. This Site describes Electrical Services, Licensed Electrical Services, Master Electrical Services, Electrical Wiring, Home Rewiring Service, Panel Upgrade Service, Lighting Installation, Panel Upgrades provided by Zack's Electric LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Zack's Electric LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Zack's Electric LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://zackselectricllc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Zack's Electric LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Zack's Electric LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Zack's Electric LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Choice of Law. SC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of SC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Zack's Electric LLC may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
